Arts and Crafts Movement was heavily influenced by Japanese design, and in turn was quite popular in Japan. It is a remarkable instance of cross-fertilization between two cultures.

Of the Taisho Era Western-influenced kimono/haori designs, perhaps the most numerous are those in the Arts and Crafts style.
